Moving Around and Changing the View
The small window in the upper left has a red square that shows your current
view relative to the entire map. You can change your view, zoom in or out, and move around the map using several different methods:

...using the mouse
You can click and drag the map in the direction you want to view.
You can also click and drag the red square in the navigation window.
For PC users with Microsoft Internet Explorer...
To zoom in, right click and select the Zoom in option from the menu
To zoom out, right click and select the Zoom out option

...using the keyboard
Use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move your view in the corresponding direction.
To zoom in, simply press the Ctrl key, To zoom out, press the Shift key.

...using the navigation symbols
Select the arrows to move your view of the map in the corresponding direction
Select the plus symbol to zoom in, and the minus symbol to zoom back out.
